Paola Batistoni is an Italian physicist and former Head of the Fusion Energy Development Division at ENEA. She is an expert in nuclear fusion, contributing to scientific research and innovation in clean energy.

Davide Bollati is the Chairman of the Davines Group, an Italian B Corp that promotes a concept of Sustainable Beauty through its brands Davines and [comfort zone]. Thanks to his vision and leadership, the Group achieved a turnover of 295 million euros in 2024.

David Brussa, who holds a degree in Chemistry from Trieste and a Master's degree in Quality Management from Pisa, has been with illycaffè since 1991. Today, he is Director of Total Quality and Sustainability, Impact Manager, and Mobility Manager. He is also President of the E.S.E. Consortium and a lecturer at the University del Caffè.
